I have been working with isolved for quite a few years now and they have been helpful when I have to do my YE adjustments.

Former company PayPro provided excellent customer service. ********************** does not meet the same standard. **************** support is difficult at best. Their management of our payroll taxes is not efficient. We do not have direct access to the tax department and are always waiting for responses. The customer service representatives are helpful but getting the same individual and that personalized support as before is difficult.

I have used iSolved since 2019. I love the program and their customer service is top notch! When an issue arises, I can always count on the iSolved team to get my back on track.

I am a new addition to a company that uses iSolved. I've been in HR for about 14 years so I've had my fair share of using lots of different software's. I have to say this particular program is incredibly easy to understand and use. Not to mention the incredible customer service department. Since starting with a new company, I have received so much support and training on how to best utilize iSolved and its may features.

Our non-profit only uses iSolved for payroll processing of 12 employees. No problems with this.

We changed to iSolved in 2016 because we were having trouble with a more well-known industry competitor. What sold me was their help with reporting ACA requirements that I had previously had to hire a 3rd party company for. Over the years they have been responsive every time I have a question on payroll or payroll tax. They even assist me with making changes anytime I ask. Overall I like working with iSolved. The customer service is usually good. I did have a big billing issue that took MONTHS to fix and they never followed up with me, or kept me updated. I had to call and email over and over and keep harping on them about it. They were charging me for a service we do not use. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't give me one but could give me the service for free for 2 years. I don't want to use the service so that is no use to me. Not a fan of this company. Everything I need becomes a sales pitch to offer me a new service. It then takes weeks to get thru to them that the service shouldn't be an add on fee and I finally get what I needed.
