Our company has been using iSolved for 6 years now and have had a great experience. There were a few times when, trying to set up new administrative users or services, they "forgot to check a box" and it took some time to get all the permissions set up correctly. But for everything else that we use the platform for (payroll, onboarding, benefit enrollment) we have had no issues.

We have been a customer of ********************** for 5 years or at least I have been with the company using iSolved for this long. I agree that the tax filings needed help, as we have some late filings, penalties and fines. At first we had a hard time getting timely response with iSolved, then we called and got a dedicated rep for our tax issues. iSolve has been our partner for the past three year! Have been extremely happy with the payroll process and their support, especially in the beginning. Only complaint I have currently is the group customer service model they have gone to vrs the dedicated customer support person we had initially. Didn't have to explain some of the company quarks over and over again.
We have used iSolved for 7 years now and we love them! Their customer service representatives are easy to work with, always available when you need help. They have just what we need.
We became a new customer in 2022. Conversions are always time-consuming, but final product ended up working well. Customer support is very good. Reps are friendly and knowledgeable and get back to us promptly. At yearend and going into the new year, I was taking over for someone else here who left the firm and the reps got me through it. Next year, I will plan ahead so as not to be under the gun. Overall, we are happy with the product.
Ive been very happy with the service from isolved. Very quick with any response I need as far as my payroll issues for sure. Great service highly recommended.
Our company has been using iSolved system for over 10 years. Their system is robust - we are using it for payroll processing, onboarding & offboarding, benefits enrollment, timekeeping and ACA. Has been working good for us. Customer Support seems to be the biggest issue - when you reach out to regular (entry level) of customer support - half of the time they don't know how to handle the issue. The payroll software is actually pretty great, but only if you have prior payroll experience. If you are new to payroll, I would not recommend this software as you will not receive the necessary support from this company. I will reiterate what others have said in previous reviews, the customer service is lacking. We have recently moved our ********* to iSolved and it's proving to have been a bad decision.
