10 business after payment my insurance is not yet active. I have been in contact with them everyday after the a week just to make sure my insurance is reactivated. I should have opted for buying new coverage in the market place where they can activate the coverage right away. This is a big waste of my time and no peace of mind. This happens in the middle of a high risk pregnancy. I hope they can serve there customer better but for me this is my last transaction will never ever used any of their services.
This has to be one of the worst companies on the planet. Their phone app DOES NOT WORK. It is IMPOSSIBLE TO LOGIN from a desktop either by the employer or as an employee. Call their helpline and identify yourself as an employee - their automated bot simply hangs up. You can only speak to a sales ******** is impossible to get paycheck information from this company.
Worst company EVER! RUN as fast as you can. I have a cobra policy through this company and it's extremely difficult to even make a payment. I've had cancer and need to insure my payment is made. Now that we got refunds coming due to the covid relief package. They won't refund me. They say they sent a payment nearly a month ago and blame it in the ***** They blame it on my former, employer, everyone but themselves. If I lose my coverage because of them and die from cancer it's THEIR FAULT
Was charged $185 more for my COBRA, with no explanation. I was on hold for 20 minutes before someone from iSolved answered the call only to tell me they didn't know why and put me back into the queue to hold for someone that could help. I've now been on hold for **** hours, with no answer. I tried to also start an online chat, but just get the message "we will be with you shortly" but nobody has joined. Worthless "customer service". Just terrible. Use a different provider--don't waste your time.
VERY long story short, I was laid off and eligible for COBRA. I was also eligible for health care elsewhere. However I wanted to keep the same plan. Isolved assured me multiple times that though I would not be covered for March, April 1 my new benefits would kick in. Made a dental appt. No insurance. I agree with reviews below. iSolved fails to answer email or phone messages. Every time I contact ****************** after waiting an hour sometimes - they redirect me to someone else or another department and after leaving a message and/or email I never hear back. Incredibly frustrating since our employees have available FSA funds and are locked out of their portal to file claims.
This company is literally Fraud if you do not file a claim and argue with them for hours they steal your money. The only reason I was able to get benefits was after I spent 6 hours on the phone arguing with Anthem and Isolved. These people **** their staff ***** and I'm getting an attorney. if anyone wants to join the class action lawsuit comment on here and I will reach out.
