We've been with iSolved for quite a few years. We've gone through all business changes, adding locations/pay groups, deleting pay groups and other changes. All transitions were handled promptly and professionally. When we acquired a new location, we were assigned a team to help us get up and running with their payroll. They were there to help us every step of the way, including changes I requested them to make. If I have an issue, I submit a request for help and the response is either same day or latest, next day.

Overall, I have had a good experience with ISolved. We used them for several years at another company that I ran. When I went out on my own and started my own company in January 2022, I had some issues with the IN ***** of ******* sending me notices stating there was additional tax owed. It took me several months to finally get that resolved, but I did not owe any interest or penalties, so ISolved must have had a legitimate explanation and they were waived or they paid them. I solved is a great company. They have great customer service and have always been available to help and answer any questions immediately. Their product is very user-friendly.
I like this platform. We use the payroll feature, but not the scheduling feature. I find it easy to use, but more importantly, I FIND IT EASY TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND GET ISSUES RESOLVED OR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. This is important in today's climate where tech support is a huge hassle. I recommend this platform for payroll needs.
Our company has been with ISolved over 9 years. at the begining we have a great dedicated customer rep but when she moved on the customer service went with her. We have a hard time reaching our current customer rep and anytime we call in for assistance we get a different person. The cost went up but the service did not.

isolved has been a good HRIS and payroll platform for our school. The ease of use for admin and good user interface has improved productivity and tracking for our employees. As soon as we had a specific person assigned to our account, responses from customer service have improved significantly. We would definitely recommend isolved to other employers.
I was a customer for over 9 years. In the beginning they were great in the customer service and follow-up. Starting around 2018 the company changed, we had numerous tax problems that took over 9 months to resolve costing our business in penalty's and fines from the government. This company is a joke. We received numerous emails that their time management services were reaching their end of life at the end of 2022 and customers would no longer be supported. Therefore we located another service over the summer. Now Isolved is telling us that we did not give them a two month notice that we were terminating and that we would continue to be billed through October 2023. They leave much to be desired in terms of employee FSA releases, if I could switch companies I would. Seriously considering dropping the fsa, due to unreliable reimbursements, I called for 3 days and finally got ahold of someone to be told it's year end my ***************** will have to wait. Yet I ******* sitting there I have yet to use. They are ENTIRELY too busy to deal with me or my money.
