Horrible customer service!!!! These people sent me the flex spend card which said to call the number to activate the card .but when I called the number on the card it wouldn't accept the info I was putting in and I did it several times and said to call the number on the back of the card . So I called that number to Isolved ******* services and nobody answers the phone . The first time I called I waited for almost an hour cause I needed to use the card right away and didn't have time for them to call back etc etc. I finally h... read more

Terrible company. Don't use because their customer service is awful. Recently needed to change a routing number for payroll funding account and they wouldn't do without a letter from our bank. We've been a client for 13 years. The bank merged with a new bank and they said they don't do letters and handle account verification requests via fax. iSolved says they don't do requests and wants a letter. We have had a terrible experience with Infinisource. I have paid the **** early for the last 3 months and I still don't have insurance. I have talked to a supervisor and that obviously has not worked. I paid Infinisource on August 18, 2020 for my latest **** due September 1, 2020. Infinisource took the money out of our account on August 21, 2020. Today is September 8, 2020 and we still DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE! This company cannot get it together. The discontinued my insurance even though they have a grace ******* however they failed to notify me that the insurance company no longer has a grace ******* I have sent not 1 but 2 payments. 8 phone calls later including a supervisor NO movement. Almost ******* later NO movement. How long does it take to make a phone call? I have medical appointments being cancelled and now **** collectors calling me. Your company took my Delta Dental cobra premium I paid on 7/25/20 due 8/1/20 and Delta Dental states That they don't show my payment. I have a claim denied. I contacted ************ and Delta Dental and all I get is the run around. A case number was sent to Delta Dental to find my payment....if ************ actually sent it to Delta. I am sick of this. This is the second time. If I don't get results today, the BBB will be getting a complaint on both Infinsource and Delta Dental.

While the software produced by ************ is adequate, the inability to cancel their service except within their small window is ridiculous. Even though our renewal was in the middle of a pandemic, they are requiring us to pay for an additional year of software because "we didn't meet the time frame of the terms and conditions." As well, it's quite a shame that the terms and conditions portion of the web page doesn't work! I am relying on a Word document sent to me by a contract specialist to be my verified copy. Very poor customer service. Infinisource did not answer email about HSA within ********************* auto generated email. Had to call on four separate occasions and on two of those occasions, two separate representatives told me they would get back with me but never did. I submitted an HSA Transfer Form on ***** with a digital signature. On 1/7 Infinsource states they could not process with a digital signature. Hello, I take issue with the fact that Infinisource continues to avoid the fact that the funds were taken from my previous HSA account on 1/10 after receiving the Transfer Form on 1/9 or 1/10, but yet your team continued to tell me in three different phone conversations that they had not received the Transfer Form by 1/15. On 1/15 when I called, the representative told me that Infinsource had not received my hand signed Transfer Form, yet the funds had already been pulled from my previous HSA on 1/10, so I know this canno... read more

I work for a company that uses iSolved for payroll. I was on the in my Isolved account today and noticed that they keep your Social Security number uncensored on one of the pages. that is completely unacceptable.

************ does not credit back partial premium costs if you only need coverage for a portion of your final month (which everyone eventually does). Instead of crediting this back to their customers, their policy is to keep the money and only offer full month coverage (or none). For my family, this was a net loss of $66/day when my coverage was no longer needed after I was employed again on the 18th of the month.
