We were a customer of Ace Payroll until they were bought by iSolve, 20 years span to date. Ace used their software all along. Either with *** or iSolve we had fewer issues, mostly mistakes from our side, and they were promptly resolved. Is true sometimes is difficult to communicate by phone as they had been growing and moving representatives around. iSolved has a great interface for their online payroll portal. Most of the customer service representatives are quick to respond and helpful. I appreciate the full access to all of our records, documents and the ability to create detailed reports, customized the way I need them is especially helpful.

Our company has been using ISolved HCM for payroll for the past 5 years. We have been pleased from a company standpoint. They are always willing to help when I call and they are always able to help me or give me the solution to my issue. The employees also say the system is simple enough to use. We are pleased with ISolved HCM.
We were initially with Amcheck, and then they were sold to Isolved. We have not had any issues with Isolved. They have gone through some customer service changes (having one dedicated representative to having a dedicated team), but we have not had any issues. The customer service team is always responsive with hardly any wait times. We are happy customers.
We were very excited to move to iSolved several years ago, and it was great at first, but we are now exploring other HRIS and payroll solutions. We have had numerous issues with iSolved, including our payroll not running as scheduled because they somehow didn't know there was an incoming wire on their end. **************** has declined steadily over the years. We send an email when we have issues or questions, and may or may not hear back. What a disappointment.
Great company to use for our HR/Payroll services. Always very helpful.
This company is awesome at payroll, we do some not simple accounting on some of our payroll that does occassionally cause a few hiccups but overall we are very pleased with their performance regarding payroll. We have recently added Time and Attendance and the HR portion, which we are not as pleased with, but are moving in the right direction.

iSolved is easy to use and contains all of the information to run my business. **************** is top notch and is very helpful and quick. The reports are great and my employees have no issues using the service.
