The service has been great, the team has been flexible to our needs. If I had any recommendations to their company I'd only ask they ease up on the sales pitch on current customers.
I have been using isolved for approximately 4 years now, we are a small company (3 employees ***** Keeping this in mind I still run into problems sometimes, when ever I have called the representative has solved my issue in a flash. Always easy to talk to and figure out the report or what I am doing wrong. It is refreshing to have FAST and friendly service, I never dread calling for help.

Well, reading the reviews I would have to disagree. **************** for my company has been quite good. I've screwed up payroll a number of times and they always help me out.I will say that if we are assigned a dedicated service representative then we should always have their direct number/extension. I've been happy with them.

Great customer service. The platform needs a bit more work such as better training and understanding of how it works. Plus not all aspects of the platform work correctly when submitting payroll.
Previously, before iSolved bought out Ace Payroll, we had nothing but positive experiences with the Ace customer service team and our dedicated representative. Since iSolved took over, we have had numerous incorrect payroll runs, it is difficult to get someone on the phone in a timely fashion. It can be quite frustrating as we were Ace customers for a long time with no real issues. We have less than 2 employees so payroll really should not be that difficult. Great Company, We have been using ISolved for over 10 years they are great to work with. I have priced other companies and ISolved is very competitive. Any time I call for assistance there is always a person in ******* to help.
We have been with iSolved now for 6 months and really like the system. The customer service team has been right ontop of all of our questions. I like the reporting functionality and the ease of use.
The time clock system is a mess and an absolute nightmare to make corrections or changes. **************** is either A+ or F- depending on the rep you get. Takes days to get phone calls returned and it seems like departments do not talk to one another. Unclear what services I have or do not have and how to utilize them or which ones I even need.
