We have been a client for about 4+ years and the recent technology advancements in the software over the past year or so have greatly enhanced the functionality of the system. It is easy to use from an HR/Payroll perspective and the functionality of the system is very robust. I don't give them a five star because the customer service in the tax department is still a little bit slow. It has improved over the years, but still could be a bit quicker.

I have been using iSolved for about 3 years now. I find it very user friendly and you can ALWAYS get a live PERSON to talk to - and usually in less than a minutes but 5 minutes at the most. I would highly recommend iSolved.
We have used iSolved for several years now, and have never had any problems with their service. They are always reachable by phone, and have always been able to answer my questions or talk me through a procedure. They do tend to solicit other services a bit too much for my liking, but that's to be expected from any company. At this time, we are generally satisfied with the service provided.

Overall our company has had a good experience with iSolved; however, the customer service has gotten terrible. It has taken me over a month to get new earnings codes set up as well as a meal break set up in the time clock. I had to follow up myself several times to get this taken care of. The FSA/HRA administration has been horrible since day one. We have had nothing but bad experiences with reimbursements and the inability of the FSA/HRA team to understand how our plan works. Our company has been using iSolved for close to 10 years. If I have problems with anything, it is very easy to get help quickly. In the past few years, we have added services and are looking into some additional services. I have no complaints.
System is easy to use. Do not recommend using the combined HSA/FSA services, they have not graduated to a two card service and it causes issues for the employees access to HSA. We were charged for services we had since implementation that we didn't have access to and had requested not to have the services. The services were removed, but we received no credit. Their payroll process is great. We run weekly payroll, and I am grateful we have not had an issue. Depending on who receives your service email or call determines the quality of service you will receive. So, we have experienced some frustrating interaction as well as quick efficient service.
