My company has been using Isolved for several years and the only real issue we have had is trying to find someone to contact and answer our questions when we have needed it. Once we have reached a contact the problems we were facing were resolved in a timely manner.

Personally for me, Isolved allowed me to semi-retire without payroll worries.The process to set up 5 companies was grueling for our CFO but there was a great team at Isolved to help her. (To set up with any payroll company is going to be difficult and take time.) Then I had great training from Isolved for the implementation. THEN, COVID hit. OMG, without Isolved there is no way I could have stayed on top of all the regulations and changes of interpretation for the sick and school leave. We have been with iSolved HCM for about 2 years. We have generally been happy with their products and support. We use the payroll, time, recruiting, and LMS (recent addition for us) functionality. I would say the reporting and payroll are strengths of the system. Some of the functionality are separate websites that have been integrated to iSolved but they still do not have a completely consistent feel or interface. i read all of these negative reviews and i have to say i do not have any issues with them. granted we are a very small company but i am satisfied with them at the moment.

Very responsive client service and timely / accurate payroll service. Great Value!My only issue would be that it took a full month to get a W-2c..... and this was after Feb28th (reported tax black out time)

My experience with iSolved has been stellar. My business is located in the Pacific North West, and the dedicated support team is incredible. They are quick to respond to any sort of question I may have, and willing to walk me through any process. I have been an iSolved client since 2018 and will continue using their services. My best words of advice would be to know your business, and have iSolved mold into it. They offer TONS of different services that ******* not be applicable to your business.

We have been using Isolved Services for the past 6 years. They are helpful when you call into customer service, if they can't answer your question on the spot they will assign you a case number and get back to you in a business day or two. We've had good luck with the company and would provide them a positive reference.

Overall I like isolved. I've been using it for a few years now. The only downfall I see is they do not offer in-person classes or video classes to learn how to use the system to it's best advantage. Using the University for training doesn't allow you to ask questions. When we first began we had a dedicated person but the minute she took you thru training she was gone and that was it. The people on the help line are helpful, but there have been many times they couldn't even help me and had to reach out to someone above them t... read more
