Great caring staff. Excellent doctor. Found the cause of my problem, without me having to go through the 24hr test, and returning the next day.
I am happy to give my highest rating to this facility and especially to Dr. Andrew Nett. I had an upper G.I. exam and felt like I was in really good hands. Which I was. Dr. Nett sat down with me before the procedure for a good 10 minutes and explained everything. The staff could not have been nicer and more competent. And I was given a complete report on the outcome of my procedure before I left the hospital.
My mother needed services at the Interventional Endoscopy Center. During her stay she was treated very kindly by a staff of very cheerful nurses. Both the anestheiogist and the Dr. Nett came to talk to her before her procedure, and were very forthcoming with what would be happening to her. After she woke up we went in, together, and talked with Dr. Nett. He delivered, in pretty clear language, what her results were, and what would happen next. I went to my Gastroenterologist in S.F. for a Colonoscopy. Three days later I started passing blood. Called 911 and went to Sonora Emergency. Resident Gastroenterologist performed a second Colonoscopy who stopped the bleeding with endo clips and referred me to Interventional Endoscopy Center. Made appointment for a 3rd Colonoscopy. Findings: 1st Gastroenterologist had ONLY removed PART of polyp & then cauterized it. He never told me he only removed part of the polyp.
