I was actually very excited for the "splash at the pool" with snacks, drinks and sandwiches opened from 11am - dusk.. and a HEATED pool . Pool is freezing and the "splash at the pool is dark and closed. I basically chose this hotel over 2 others just for the heated pool and amenities , so it was very disappointing to see that I can't enjoy a swim and poolside food. The beds also have an odor to them. Other than that everything was fine.
We have been coming here for years. This is where my family feels more at home than anywhere but home. Staff is always courteous rooms are always top notch have yet to have a complaint. I hope to be here as often as possible for the rest of my life
Never stayed here because it took away from the beach feel experience.. we will keep this one in mind though as it seems great for a family deal. I admire the fact that the restaurant was open to the public + awesome food! Thx for the great food experience !!
You can't beat the price! My family loved this place with all of the extras they offer such as volleyball, tennis courts, fire pit areas with smores, right on the beach, large pool, kids pool area, hot tub, several food options on site and live music every night we were there. Resort is older but the extras make up for it. Great for families with young ones and we will def visit again!
Been coming here for years, I see all the bad reviews posted and I have to smh, these people have a great thing going here, the staff is awesome, the restaurant staff and food is great Brett was a great server and Alex and Hannah the bartenders were very personable and friendly, so much to do here, either escape from the kids (like we do from time to time) or bring them, they'll never be bored. We just spent our anniversary weekend here and it was the best weekend ever! I'll be back, this time with the kids again!
Gross. Was very disappointed with this hotel. When your keycard holder tells you .. " guest safety tips: 1- Always use deadbolt 2- Secure valuables 3- Report suspicious persons or acts 4- Never OPEN DOOR PRIOR TO VERIFYING I.D.! " and has security... I've never stayed in a hotel like this before.
I had given this place 5 stars the first time we stayed because we were in the lofts. No complaints. The next year, we stayed in the family fun room and didn't have a refrigerator or microwave when we arrived. Waited over an hour for them to bring them to our room. This year, we just stayed in the same type of room again. First room was run down and dirty looking. Asked to change rooms. We didn't realize til that night that there was roach pieces behind the toilet, AC fan was stuck on low and we were hot all night and the sh... read more
Our room was clean . Food was great , service was also excellent. They have everything you need exercise room , spa , bar . Pool 3 feet to 8 feet also has a kid pool. Right on the beach . Yes we will be back
Not as advertised.. Ridiculous price for a disgusting room. The whole place is old n rundown. We stayed 3 nights and the cops were there 5 times dealing with fights theft and god only knows what else. Only good thing was the kids pool which my kids loved but I won't ever stay there again...
