The amenities is really nice the pool the beach the bar. But the rooms are not what it looks like in pictures. False advertisement! The tub is stained and dirty and the room has a nasty smell . I would say they need a little fixing up and making the rooms little bit more newer and nicer and this hotel would be perfect!!

It's a old out dated over price place the room looks clean but you can see where they patch the tiles in the bathroom and when we ask for a upgrade she said sure for a extra 60.00 per night and the room was per paid

They are just getting by here, the service talk nice but you can tell they don't care. Booked a loft for 3 night stay and had to move because ceiling was leaking on our bed. Showed a Maintenence man and he said he would take care of it. 1 1/2 later got tired of waiting me and wife went to the front desk and it had been the first they had heard about it. They moved my family into 2 separate rooms on 2 separate floors so we could get some sleep. Mattresses are cheap and you feel the springs. 1 step up from getto!! The bar drin... read more

So we booked this hotel because of the pirate ships kids play area, the website said it was open, but when we arrived were told it was still being renovated. So we went to our room. The hot water in the shower worked but the cold water was broken, the room was OK, but the beds were a little dirty. The whole place is pretty dated. We are only staying for one night so it's good enough but not someplace I would plan an extended stay. I'm sure there are other rooms that are fine but ours wasn't.

I stayed here last week and the room was perfect. So I decided to come back because we leave in the morning from the airport, I guess since the saty was just for the night versus me staying a week; I got put in a room where the electrical plugs don't work so I can't charge my phone, the room kinda smells a little moldy, the faucet is dripping in the tub, the toilet barely flushes, and the door doesn't have a complete seal. It was a older hotel Resort out dated on a their stuff. But was clean and no issues except bed was uncomfortable!!!

The manager and staff where inconsiderate, especially in regard to my special needs child and infant. We booked here specifically for the pirate ship water park only to discover upon arrival it would be CLOSING the following day for a month (4/11-5/11)!?!? Moreover, we were told early check-in and later check-out for a small fee (as our baby needs a nap and it's really not safe to do so in 80+degree heat) wouldn't be a problem-well, even though I called 2hrs out and was told it was ok, our room/supposedly ANY wasn't ready, a... read more

The room was filthy dirty. we went to the buffet and found a long black hair in our food and watches a staff member pick at food in th buffet with her fingers to eat. We had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room and still had to hunt housekeeping down for towels and washcloths. Wish it would let me post pictures of the filth. Only nice amenities was being by the ocean And the pool. For the amount of money we spent, we should have atleast had a clean room.
