Made reservations for a Villa ended with a so call Cabana! AC didn't work bathroom was horrible Never again!!!
The place was a dump!! Horrible rooms.... The towels smelled spoiled. The pictures online make it appear nice, but old and dirty!! The pool water was literally yellow. The AC unit in the room barely worked and the tub would fill up on you while taking a shower. Don't do it!!
The area is amaizing but we pay like 5 start hotel the night 155 AC don't work. We was smoking at the open area they say we can't smoke there with out sing the say anything ..
The hotel is old and in need of repairs and updates. The beds in our first room were unacceptable. We requested another room with better mattresses and they did make this happen. Mainly, this hotel is for teenAgers and those wishing to party. The beach is very accessible. The employees were friendly.
The 1st room was ok and very clean in the villas but wasn't the right one we were hoping for so they moved us to a very nice and beautiful room (also in the villas) and a perfect view of the ocean thanks to the wonderful customer relations representative Katherine. Nice place.
The curb appeal when you arrive is not consistent with the rooms. The rooms were pretty basic, and could use some updates in the bathroom area. Our room door seemed pretty unsafe and I made sure that the latch actually caught whenever we left the room. Used every bolt lock when we went to sleep to secure it. The times that we were in the room, the wifi was TERRIBLE! There are about 6 networks that come in and out. It was easier (yet more expensive) to use my hot spot. This place is an epic dump and in my opinion, dangerous. Exposed wiring, smoking all over the place, urine smell in hallways, people drying their clothes on the railing...including underwear! Phone and none of the outlets on the lamps worked. Mold and hair in the bathroom. Mold in the AC unit that was falling off the wall. Door rarely worked and had to be slammed to close. We go here frequently! Great for kids because of the Pirate kiddie pool, family rooms/suite options and' basketball courts. It's right on the beach and the restaurant /bar is yummy and fun! While the staff and maintenance busts their butts, they need more housekeepers and updates! I guess that's how they keep cost down, though and besides WE STILL LOVE IT!
My friends flew down from PA last year and got a room for us all to hangout we had a blast so this year for Father's Day took daddy and the kids here for nice little get away weekend yet again he a blast. We did however have an issue with the tv but they came to fix it right away. Beautiful beach access, the s-more pit was fun it's a place for adults and kids and super friendly atmosphere so close to everything
