We had a large group who came to your resort!! We had a blast. Between the view of the beach ,pool, the tiki bars, live music and also the location for places to visit close by was very accommodating, I would highly recommend this place.
I hate this place. We are here tonight and luckily it is our last night. Mold, wet floors because of the air conditioning unit, smells TERRIBLE, A Palmetto bug (like a roach) IN OUR ROOM AS WE SPEAK!!!! I could cuss up a storm over this but I'll zip it. I had hopes for this place but it's literally one thing after another. It's dirty. Our room lock stopped working about a hour ago.... They tried replacing the batteries but the actual lock itself needs a replacement. So as we speak (again).... There's maintenance in our room ... read more
This is our second time staying here this year. This time we brought our two kids and my mom. We reserved a family room, but once we got there decided to upgrade to a Loft. The family room is great for three kids and two adults. Other than that I would go for a Loft or bigger. They are spacious, clean and close to the beach and Mambos. They have two floors, two bathrooms, two beds, and a sofa bed. Kitchen with a full fridge, stove top, microwave and dish washer. The facility is very large and spread out in several buildings. My first room was very old, and the furniture was 1970's. The door was 10 feet from parked cars. No sound proofing around the door and window, so party goers walking by were loud. Electric sockets were so worn the plug fell out. I demanded a different room, which was slightly better, in another building. I left a day earlier than planned.
The pictures on the website are nothing at close to what it looks like in real life... When we first arrived our room didn't even have a number on it so it was impossible to find, the doors are nearly impossible to open, the micro wave and phone didn't work, the toilet was made for toddlers 1 foot off the ground, and then our toilet was leaking ... We upgraded to a poolside cabana suite which also had door problems, it's hotter than could be imaginable and it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator:.. The only good thing I can s... read more
RUN AWAY!!! The only good thing was the beach access. That is all. The rooms on the website are a lie! Our room was dark, dirty looking the shower had paint peeling off the floor like they painted it white to make it look better. My 12 year old boys nicknamed this place the Murder Motel!! Thankfully we were only staying one night. We tried to take showers after the beach and the tub kept filling up while showering so gross. The AC would get freezing then super hot all night long. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Toilet wouldn't drain, mildew on the curtains and bed skirts. Bed skirts ripped. Tv was broken. No hot water just discusting. The beds were so hard. We even had ocean front to look out the window and see nothing but trees. Trashy place.
Just left and can't wait to go back! Great staff and you can't beat the location at the beach!
