The room condition was terrible. Our bathroom door would not shut and half of our electrical outlets did not work. They will not respond to you either.
Awesome place with awesome value. The staff was very friendly and the sports bar across the street has $3 pitchers of beer everyday! !!!
Stayed on 20Jan-22Jan, 2017: Rooms are outdated, door hard to open/close, window unit did not cool room, small beds, uncomfortable mattress, old shower with rust that did not drain correctly ~ taking a shower with ankle deep water. No refrigerator in room 112, however others in my group had one. Fire pits were non functional near room, reported and they were aware, never repaired. As others have mentioned, the only saving grace is the staff ~ very helpful and friendly!
The hotel is a good location and not to expensive. They definitely need some updating done. The bathrooms have mildew everywhere that they have tried to just paint over. The floors have been updated with this fake wood look that is nice. But, I don't think housekeeping thinks they need to sweep or mop them. They want you to lock up your valuables but there's NO safe! Overall the place has a lot of potential just needs corporate to get off their humps and update their hotel.
This was my second time using this hotel within 6 months. I heard since that period of time the hotel was sold to the Marriott hotel chain. This facility requires a tremendous amount of repairs / upgrades / restoration if it's going to carry the Marriott seal. This can be done if they would either rebuild or completely gut and renovate each wing. Mediocre at best. Conference facilities are dated and staff slow to set-up or clean up.
At the slightest mention of our stay not being 100%, they accommodated to make sure it would be. Love this place for price and location.
Best beach hotel in Florida, been going to this place for over 15 years. Great facility had lots of stuff to do, beach, waves, food, music. I well return this year for more beach front life.
Went there to attend a Demolay Conclave. They are making a killing off of our organization and need to invest it into updating this dilapidated, filthy joint. I won't return.
