As advertised, older beach hotel. Great rate through Travelocity. Staff was courteous. Pool area good for kids and adults. Nice beach bar with bar food. Would stay again.
Booked this room because of the location and price. Room does not look nothing like what's on the web. The air and heat worked when it wanted to. The bathroom was not up to par like it should have been. The room is very much outdated. I personally wouldn't visit this hotel or probably the city again. well, it's right by the ocean, just a few steps away. I picked this place for the lower cost, and we got what we paid for! we ate right at the resturant, cost over a hundred for 4 burgers, fries, drinks, and 2 very small "bucket drinks". The staff was NOWHERE to be found..... and if you find someone they look miserable. a guy was renting out 2 chairs and an umbrella for $40 by the ocean. the outdoor shower and boardwalk and surrounding areas were cool. but the rooms and halls haven't been taken care of in 20+ years. and ther... read more

It was a room. A no frills room. Uncomfortable hard squeaky bed. Our door knob fell off as we tried to push our way into the room. Not great but clean.
Love the hospitality and all amenities! Loved the fact that we could have smores while staying at a beach resort.
Worse place I have ever stayed at, rooms need updated, Bath room is dangerous not safe for Handicap,,,took tub all night to drain, toilet outdated and barely flushed, couch in room had a serious odor.the whole place is stretched out difficult to get from rooms to dining areas and lounges staff was not knowledgeable to resolve problems but I feel the management failed their staff as well as the guest
DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE! I booked my wedding last April 2016 for June 2017 (this year) with a deposit down for the upstairs banquet hall, conference room for the children to stay, and the upstairs balcony for the cocktail hour. 1st wedding coordinator ended up quitting near oct. and without knowing did not input any of our information in the system.
