So far our stay has been okay. Staff is friendly. The rooms are nothing like what the photos show online and do need updating as well as the grounds. The pool area is nice and the entire resort is clean.
We loved it and Lindsey at the front desk was awesome... We will be back.
I have come here each year for the last 5 or 6 years and I will never return. Do not know what happened but the place is not worth the price of a motel 6. Railings on the stairs broke, dirtiest pool I have ever seen, mambos food was very bad. The tipping point was to allow 100 people having a conference in a room which basically means 86 of those people are outside your window drinking and yelling keeping everyone up all night. From check in until check out,our experience was great.We only had 1 issue and it was with the hair dryer and it was fixed immediately!! Caring and courteous staff.Clean rooms.Right on the beach.Affordable.Everything to do for everyone...right there!!
The room was over priced. Especially since our door didn't shut all the way. It would close but still stick out enough you could see light. Thankfully we barley were in our room. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The positives were how close it was to the beach! They have a rental shack for anything you need for the beach, but you have to have it back by 5 which kind of sucked. I liked the bar/restaurant they had, Mambos. Cheap and cheerful is the only way to describe this place. Location is excellent. Beach is amazing. Rooms are less than ok. Needs a good cleaning and in desperate need of renovations and upgrades. There was a coating of dust on the hairdryer and the vent in bathroom. I wasn't expecting much with the price we paid 88$ usd per night but I was expecting a bit more. I stood here yesterday with my children and it was ok. I stood one night. I found a great deal online for $72 for a standard bedroom plus the $8 they charged me when I left. If I go again it's because I found another deal online. But of course I'd rather stay somewhere better.
This place is amasing. Had a room facing the ocean. Room was clean. Service was outstanding. Enough things for the whole family to do. Would definitely stay here again. Keep up the great work!!
Loved it, very clean, great family oriented pools and arcade. Right on the beach, with live bands playing & fire pits burning. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Cocoa on vacation with my family. They all enjoyed it. We went out for lunch the first day, came back our beds had been made, trash removed, floors mopped & towels placed neatly in the bathroom. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you, Cocoa Beach International Palms Resort for helping make our visit wonderful.
