Thought since this was our first time staying overnight in the cocoa beach area and family had recommended it it would be great .... WRONG!!!!! room was very outdated, bed was squeaky, shower pressure was way to low, ,everything was unplugged in the room, and my daughter got stuck inside the bathroom because the door would not open seemed to have got stuck.... the only reason we stayed was because of the family rooms they offered and the kiddie pool area... almost got into a fight over a parking space as another lady was par... read more
Book 2 rooms before spring break time and specifically told them I wanted a pool side view down stairs and they gave us 2 shitty ass room facing the parking lot with no good parking and far from everything . Other then that my kids love it !
Worst place to stay the was underwear and the tree and trash all over the place and never brought us new clean towel when we stay there for a week amd phone did not work and hair dryer die and call and said there were bring me a new one and never did ...i would never stay here again ..ask manager to call or to talk to them and never have got back to me yet and every thing close at 10pm
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Rooms do not have private balconies. Our room's ceiling looked neglected and full of stains from leaks. Bathrooms are tiny and outdated. Our sink was not draining and we were told by staff that they couldn't assist us. The parking is awful. They allow anyone to park even if they're just using the beach. We were boxed in as several vehicles parked illegally directly behind us. We ended up missing our dinner reservations. When we complained to staff we were given major attitude. My husband just left last Saturday stayed a week it's not a 5 � hotel or a resort I give it a 3 the only thing I really really had trouble with was the maid service they totally suck. We travel a lot and I have never ever in my life such trouble service. Oh and waiter up a mambos we gave it a TRY but when I miss pronounced conch fritters and he made fun of me nope we didn't even go back for just drinks �
Ended up getting a room (259) with a broken ac unit, of course they are "book to capacity" and can only get us a fan. Bathroom floor was dirty, shower would constantly change from hot to cold... Poolside was nice tho
We just checked out of this hotel. No hidden fees you advertise ?? But when we check out, you hit us up for another 120.00 ? No room service was needed. Toilet leaked from the seal, when you set on it, the damn thing felt like it was coming out of the floor! The rooms could have been cleaner, filth !! Black mold around the restaurant windows, I'm glad I left my dog home because I would never ever come back to this place! Your food was over priced and horrible. The amenities are unbelievable We wanted to take our grandson on a vacation to remember forever ! The pool is amazingly clean deep and warm. We had endless supplies of towels and the kiddie pool was the high light of our stay everyone seemed to enjoy watching families run laugh and play together ! It's s beach hotel nothing fancy but it's clean entertainment is a must see ! We will be back next year great time with a great price . The Liebig's
