Have to say this is a Motel, not a Resort. I was too confuse to see 3 stars. I went to Cocoa beach with my boyfriend last weekend. We wanted to choose hotel with beach access, so that's why we pick this one. Location is great, staffs are friendly and helpful. These are only nice things about this place. However, the actual room that I stayed was a disaster. It was very dirty and very very very dated. The bathroom was the most disgusting thing in my room. They paint a pretty picture but the housekeeping is not good at all and we had roaches in our room. The towels looked worn out and one had something pink faded on it. The toilet was loose and it wobbled. We went across the street to the dollar tree and bought cleaning supplies. The pool water was clean but the bottom of the pool had black stains. The lady at the front desk was very nice at check in but we won't be returning.
Has a lot of things to do, kids pool, heated full size pool, volleyball court, tennis court, a breakfast buffet restaurant and a Caribbean restaurant onsite along with beach and Alantic ocean, the bath tub backed up,no wash cloths and channel 25-33 on TV wasn't clear!l, the phone did not work! Staff was great! We arrived at 7 AM for an event with a room for the evening but they gave an empty room for a small fee for the entire day!
Ok, first let me say I read all the reviews good and bad. And I have to say I'm super pleases with my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The family fun room was just that for my family it was fun. Being close to the beach was awesome. Loved the pool area where my child had tons of fun and made new friends. Loved having the breakfast spot there and Mambos eat at both. The room was so clean and nice. We will for sure being coming back.
Such an awesome place to stay. My 5 year old had a blast. Restaurants were good, we didn't even need to leave the resort. The pool and splash park was lots of fun. Everyone there was so nice. Brenda at the front desk is amazing, went aboard beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our ocean side room was nice and clean not outdated. We will definitely be back.
Got to the room and noticed the smell first thing the it stayed hot in the hotel room our entire stay. When we asked the maintenance man to look at the ac he gave us a story. Kids enjoyed the pool. Receptacles didn't work in the room. Would stay there again if I was homeless.
Absolute dump! This place should be torn down! Don't let the pics of the lobby fool you. The rooms are disgusting, the furniture is stained and dirty. This motel sits on the beach but only has 1 beach front room out of 500 rooms! Pay attention to the pics they post. None of them are of the rooms!
Great place to come with friends, but don't expect the rooms to be perfect. The grounds are kept very nice and you honestly don't have to leave once you get there, everything is on property i.e. Restaurant, bars, pools.
Loved everything about our trip here! Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, awesome pool, the pirate ship entertained my son for hours and the full liquor bar kept my hubby's glass full. We will be coming back soon!
