Stayed there for one night last night . I booked through hot wire and got stuck with this place. After seeing the terrible reviews , I requested a renovated room for my stay. The renovated room I received was less than a 3 star hotel that I requested on Hotwire. I had to use my shoulder and all my body weight to open the door to start. Floor was so dirty. The location is great. . . But the food at the restaurants specially the Mambo's is not good. Grits were nasty for $12. Rooms are dirty.
It sucks nasty and dirty took 3 hours to get towels tub I would not use. Door locks are rigged. They think just adding a coat of paint will make it better, proably 15 coats of paint.
It was very nice! We actually got the room free for the night! My friends booked a suite for their vacation and when got there the ac didn't work properly so they switched and gave her a new suite, and gave her a free room for the night for us!! The kids splash area was awesome. My 2 year old had a blast! The food in the restaurant was great. Yes the place is a little dated, but your staying at a motel, even though they say its a resort. They could update everything and make it feel more like a resort.
We had a great time but at checkout we were charged an extra $92.99. Said it would be refunded then next time I looked at our account we had an extra charge of $70 & $94.20. They have not been able to tell me what the charges were for & we are still disputing the charges as they stopped returning my calls. Also, when we were checking in person in front of us had a problem & at check out the couple next to us also had an accounting issue.
We stayed for a week for the second year in a row with our 7 years old grandchildren, they enjoyed every minute of our time there. The two pools were excellent , especially the kids pool, great access to the beach, the on site restaurants were better then average, and the location was outstanding. The kids were already asking about returning next summer on the ride home. The rooms were adequate, but we spent little time in them.
Wat a piece of shit place no hot water the phone does not work and the drinks are watered down!!! But if you want a cheap pos place to stay at then this is it
This place is pretty good I like the heated pool and the kids pool and the Jamaican Me Crazy food is good plenty to do lot of stores around the area
This place is GROSS.....TOILET DON'T WORK AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK EVERYTHING CLOSES AT 10PM .....WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS BBECAUSEOUR TTOILETWOULD NOT FLUSH. WE LOST PERSONNEL BELONGINGS ONE HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE THAT I CAN'T GET BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE TO ANYBODY YOU WOULD BE WASTEING. YOU'RE. TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
