Our first room was right under the constructions area!! Woke us up at 7:40 on a Saturday. They were very nice and upgraded us to a villa that had NO HOT WATER!! Went to the front office to complain. They had no rooms open so I asked for our money back and we left. Shame too because they have a nice water area for the kids to play. The whole resort needs a MAJOR UPDATE!
Needs major renovations and training for their staff!
The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, the bathtub didn’t drain so you took a shower standing in a tub full of water. The door looked like it had been broken into numerous times. You could hear clear conversations through the vents. The kids next door kept opening the adjoining door on their side trying to get into our room. I complained to the front desk, but nothing was done. I would pay more to stay somewhere else. The room looked nothing like the photos online.
The room we had needs some work....there are spots on the wall that needs paint, the tub needs a serious update since there was paint chips on the bottom. The biggest concern with the room was the door and door handle...it was extremely difficult to open and even harder to close. The handle kept slipping and at one point the door wouldn’t latch. Absolutely horrible...stay away...this is a lousy FEMA Camp...other than the alcohol which is over priced you will still wake up with feeling you were taken by a cheap craigslist hoe!
Older hotel, a little run down, needs maintenance work, we cut our stay short due to a Police Situation at the hotel while we were there.
Great place for the price! Employees are very friendly and the food is tasty at Mambos!
