Well it just took them 2 hours and 25 minutes for them to deliver me 4 bath towels and 1 roll of toilet paper!! I had to call down about 4x and to ask to speak to a manger for them to finally deliver me my towels... my poor son had to shower in cold wet damp towels because by the time they brought the towels up it was 11:27 pm.. I called them at 8:55 asking for clean towels... the receptionist was a cocky thing!!!!!!! This is not worth the money or time. It's a run down hotel. The rooms are nasty! The room I was in the first night got got flooded because a pipe burst underneath. We had to move rooms! I was very unhappy with the whole place. I took my niece here for her birthday and I was disappointed in my whole experience with this place. The pictures on the website need to be updated.
Very nasty place. Extremely dissatisfied. This place is by far a resort. If there were a show called Hotel Rescue this place could and definitely should be featured on it!!
The place needs a lot of work beds are terrible and then get a lot people that is not staying parking in the parking lot and the AC barely works the refrigerator kept freezing up it is not worth the price.

FILTHY, DIRTY SUM BITCHS PERIOD. disgusting! Mold on floors. No air ventilation in bathroom just pretend vents. No plumbing at all in one end of hotel with no back up plan. No air conditioning. Their reply to this "its old. Deal with it". Carpets are sticky. Hotel doors are short so curly tail lizards come in your room. Rooms could use some updating. Great food, fun, entertainment, and smores!!
Terrible place . Might be fun on the outside but terrible on the inside . Ac unit loud. Night blinds non existent . Mould in bathroom. And many more issues. Stay there only if u are drinking fireball all night
Excelente. Los cuartos muy lindos . La picina limpia a buena temperatura . Personal amigable y profesional. Cerca de la playa. No tengo nada malo que decir. Aquí sigo y no me quiero ir lol
