All i can say is that the”new management” have a lot of work to do to get the rooms up to the $150 per night that we paid (for a standard room)- not impressed at all - aircon is about 20 years old and we had to turn it off to sleep ( sounded like s truck running in the room) pool was good staff very friendly beach dirty - wouldnt stay here again 🤬

I went there for my friend's wedding. He had rented two lofts which my wife and I stayed in one of them. I can say the lofts are in the nice section of the Resort. You are located by the beach and the Tiki bar and the fire pit area with nice seating. The next day my wife and I rented a standard room with anther couple so the newlyweds can have their privacy. Visited the property for my cousin's wedding. It was supposed to be a beach wedding but the weather forced the wedding to be indoors. The hotel could not accommodate seating for the wedding guests. Location of the hotel is good being right by the beach but not necessarily impressed with anything else. Luckily my family and I did not book here because some hotel guests were complaining of bed bugs. Not good.

We enjoyed the Palms Resort very much. Good access to the beautiful beach and the restaurants were great and convenient. I remember sleeping on a very comfortable bed. I need to get a new mattress and I would love to know what the name of the mattress. I remember it was soft and very comfortable. Please notify me if you can give me that information.

No cable TV. Hot water goes in and out. Alot of Nails in the parking lot from the roofers. Watch your tires on your cars.

I have been staying here because our house got destroyed because of hurricane Irma so through FEMA we got put up here till our house gets fixed well we have had problem after problem! There has been drunken people who have been so loud blasting music AND just being outrageous and I called the front office 5 diff times to complain about it to grt the people to stop or st least just go somewhere else and continue their partying j have small children who they kept waking up and every time I called they said they would send some... read more

We were so disappointed! We've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times over the past 12 years, and each time it's gotten worse than the last. We knew that they were doing room renovations earlier this year, so we were hopeful that we'd see an improvement. Boy we're we wrong! Renovations are still going on, which has the property looking like a ghetto. There are dumpsters and caution tape, storage containers and furniture and fixtures in the parking lot.
