Pésimo Hotel!!!!! Apenas llegamos nos mandaron a una habitación frente a unos conteiners con la contaminación que eso acarrea y a 5 cuadras de la playa. Al ir hacia la piscina intentaron robarme. La piscina muy sucia. Nos pasaron a un cuarto que la puerta se trababa, las llaves no funcionaban como así tampoco el inodoro. Reclame por su arreglo los 2 días y lo tuve que arreglar yo. Pésima experiencia
Seems to be remanence of what once used to be a nice resort. We stayed and weren't totally dissatisfied however we did have to move our rooms due to spider infestation near the beach. We visited again several years later while in the area and absolutely nothing had changed � Cocoa beach needs a good resort in this area. Would be perfect if was updated.
Upon arriving to I. Palms after a cruise booked with a snooze and cruise package, we were told we couldn't check in untill 4 p.m. unless we wanted to pay an additional $30. I really wish it was stated up front that there would be an additional fee. They let you store your belongings in a locked closet should you choose to not pay extra to check in and you can use the grounds in the mean time. Es un bello hotel con un entorno muy agradable, para el disfrute y relajacion, con muchas áreas de entretenimiento Lo pasamos muy bien �
Rooms need to be updated. Beds are uncomfortable. Issues with door lock. I don't feel safe here.
They're remodeling so next summer we hope they're done. Liked that everything in walking distance

Worst experience! Service was awful and no one employed there know anything about the units and equipment inside...
My kids had a blast...we plan on coming back soon.
