Front desk is not the nicest to out of towners however the staff all over the resort have been amazing
This is our third year in a row and it has gone completely down hill. Our reservationist at check-in was very rude. The room itself was clean but has a extremely musty odor that was somewhat overbearing. Thankfully we didn't spend much time in there. And they waited until we checked out to tell us we were going to be charge a resort fee that was not included in our original payment. Definitely our last visit here.
Dirty room. Dirty sheets. Coffee maker didn't work, took ,6 hours to get one. Maids didn't change sheets, just made the bed. Staff seemed to not care about anything. Way over priced for such poor quality. Worst birthday weekend ever!!! So gross.
I stayed here 3 years ago and we loved it. The person at the front desk was very nice and professional. We hope to make it back again soon. It was our honeymoon, we didn't know the area very well and decided to come here! Tomorrow is our 3 year anniversary. We couldn't afford to go anywhere far and tropical, but this was perfect for us and we have no regrets.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived later at night after some delays and had a room far away from the main building. The door wouldn't close properly; the floor was dirty; the King bed we requested was actually two uncomfortable double beds; the bathroom was VERY outdated and tile was cracked (we wouldn't even shower here); there weren't covers on some of the light fixtures; the lamps next to the bed flickered; etc. They definitely need to renovate!
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The room smelled terribly of mold. The bathroom ceilings leaked... more like water poured out of it in multiple areas constantly. They charge $10 per night for a pack and play, which is ridiculous. Awful customer service. I informed them of the current status of the room, I was told they were sold out and that older hotels have leaky pipes; which is no excuse!
The rooms especially the bathrooms,the pool bar and other amenities were severely outdated..the room was so hot at night..for $150 I better get a good night sleep..that did not happen.
We loved this place and so did our kids! Great restaurant and Pirate kids water area!
