My girls Loved it. A few minor issues with the room that I didn't bring up to the staff but over all a great place for families.
Hello, I am currently staying at this “resort”, and am VERY disappointed. It all started with the first room we were put in(105). The door didn't lock… Then it did… then it didn't. So we got a new room(324), and we were assured it was a newer room, and we would not have any issues, so we ventured out into the beach. This place was horrible. The room was dirty we had dirty towels and the cover on the bed had what looked to be bodily fluids on it. The bed had several hairs in it (that were not ours and long red hairs in our sink. The bathroom floor had a puddle of soda or tea dried and sticky. The bulb was blown in the living area as we had a "villa" and bulbs were out in the bathroom. The kitchen window was busted and taped back and the a.c. was messed up kept turning it down to 66. It was an absolute disaster. Will never go back.
My family and I checked into this hotel on Saturday, after walking into the room I went back down to the desk and checked out. The room was so dirty, pet stains on the floor, mold in the bathroom and awful smells. We had paid almost $300 for one night in the oceanfront. The lady at the front desk was very nice told me how to get my money back from the third party. Won't be back found an amazing room at the hilton down the road for $70 less.
We have stayed here every year for several years and it seems every time we stay it just gets worse. We come because of all the activites and the closeness of the beach for our kids but not sure we will be staying after this recent visit for my daughters sweet 16. We originally booked a loft went to check in and AC was out in most of them. They put us up in an oceanfront "suite" which was nice for the view but we did not have the space we needed for our family that we wanted with the loft (full size kitchen, beds etc.) We ha... read more
Terrible room everything needs repair and room door didn't even close all the way. Pool was warm.
Very family friendly, however stairway smelled like pissed. Air conditioner in room didn't work. But place was beautiful.
Rooms are old and dirty. The pool is gross! Only Good thing about it is the location on the beach.
the bed is so hard u can feel all the springs pay extra for ocean view n well ur viewing trees and bushes couldn't get linens stayed her a whole week the restaurant are ok expensive but a new experience the pool had hot like bath water n it wasn't very clean n I can go on and on its really not worth any stars
