The staffs are very friendly. The loft we stayed are not clean! Couldn't see the ocean even we are ocean front because the windows are so dirty�
The rooms were older, somewhat small and looked clean. Bathroom very small but was very clean. Now in all fairness the pluses: we had a buffet that was very well prepared. Main dinner was also very good. Service was extremely good. Breakfast buffet was the usual fare. Lunch at Mambos was excellent and server Linds aye great. Last but not least the a/C was very good in rooms and meeting halls. I gave them a 3, alright but room for improvement.
This is a classic 50's style resort. Great location and easy access to the beach. This isn't a 5 star experience with mints or rose petals on your pillow. I recommend IPR to families on a budget who value the experience more than the accommodations.
Rooms are Dated, could use updates to room for the Prices... Receptacles in the walls are very loose, coffee pot was filthy in the water compartment.
Number one this is a motel not a hotel. When we pulled up to the motel we looked around and was like noop/really but we thought we'd get out and check in since we had reservations. Got the keys went to the room turned around and checked out. Went down the street and checked into a real hotel on the beach. But I guess you get what you pay for.

We checked in on Monday for a 5 day vacation. Check in was smooth (they let us check in a bit early) and we had an oceanfront room after a simple upgrade. The room was perfect! Great view, clean, and the linens on the bed were very comfortable. I wasn't expecting much for a kitchenette, but the amenities were more than expected. We had a sink, fridge, microwave and toaster. The location was the only good thing about this place. Rooms were outdated and the pirate ship amenity for my grandson was "closed for repair". They charged us $30 extra to check in early when our room was already ready. Avoiding and staying at the Hampton Inn from now on!
Motel 6 in cocoa beach is wayyy better definitely was not a hotel why I compared it to tht motel 6.
