We stayed this weekend and already am planning on staying again later this summer! When searching for a room online this one was by far the best deal. On the beach, family oriented, beautiful grounds, live music, Fire pits, awesome pools, quite, friendly staff, and beach! You don't come here to stay in your room all the time so the amenities here are the best THANK Y'ALL FOR AN AWESOME WEEKEND!!!!
Worst hotel. Stayed there one night and accidentally left something in the room. But of course nothing turned in. Dishonest housekeepers. Absolutely awful.
The rooms were not great and the bathroom was pretty gross. The pool and Mambos were the only good things.
The properly is conveniently located and affordable. The check in area and lobby are very nice, but they don't really match the rooms which need renovation primarily due to age. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the bed was the worst I've had in a hotel. Rooms and parking area definitely need an investment and upgrade. The rooms were marginal. So many basic repairs are needed. The banquet staff was polite, but when my wife asked that her second gluten-free meal not be the same as her first, it was received with confusion. The Mambos bar staff was not nearly as busy as they thought. When somebody asked if we can order from the bar, the answer is either "hello, ma'am, yes you can, or no you can't." Not " hold on a sec." You failed to win my return business right there. Service is the product.
Absoultely terrible! The first room we were in was absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall, nasty carpet, and wires showing. They moved us and still weren't in a great room. Someone threw something over the balcony and shattered my windshield. Not a sorry from staff. I'll never be back!!! I need a number to call to speak to someone.
Great staff, Great location. Love, love, loved it!
