Its a cool laid back hotel on the beach the staff are nice
Had a Great experience and would definitely go back and recommend to others. Family orientated, friendly, beach access. Older but pretty well maintained. Felt very safe and secure there
It was ok the Internet sucks tv doesn't come in grate and bathroom shower is not that good, plus the breakfast is to expensive can go to Dennys with by hotel way cheaper
This place is very family oriented, yes the rooms are a little outdated but all the activities they offer and the price you pay make up for it. I've been coming here with my parents ever since it was a holiday Inn, now I bring my own family. The pool is very nice, it has a bar on one side a kiddie pool in the other, so you can drink yourself a cocktail while you kids have fun, oh an they also serve food. First room we got had mold and dirt on the curtains. Bathroom was very old and dirty. The room smelled very bad and wasn't that clean neither. Cabinets with fridge and microwave were broke. That was the first and last time for us to stay here. The price that we had to pay for this is way to much. I would not recommend that resort to anybody!!!
We stayed only one night there and I'm glad it was only one night!!! The pool and kids pool with the pirate ship were the only nice things there!! They gave us our keys our room was on the second floor room 400. We took all our stuff in and then started looking around and the room was awful!! The bathroom was disgusting the tub and tile was gross!! The tile floors were so dirty it turned my grandaughters socks black instantly!!! The tv didn't work neither did the phone. The pool was nice...that's about it! The room was disgusting!! Very dated, mold everywhere,dust, dirt, rusted door hinges-door didn't shut completely , extremely loud A/C. Fridge broken. Pizza crust behind the fridge. Probable bed bug bites on my child. ( nothing came into my home without being laundered first!) mentioned to the staff how disgusting the room was and all I got was a shrug and "hmm sorry".
Dirty, over flowing bathroom but the restaurant. Cool food, not very happy bartenders! It seemed as if we were bothering them. I have asthma so I could never stay in your hotel, ever. Very old, you should spend some money to update!!!!!
Like everyone else has said it needs serious updating. The pics are most definitely not what we got. I asked for a couch and didn't get one, when my friend checked in she had the couch with a much bigger room for the SAME PRICE! Then, I asked for a late checkout was told no too many arrivals today yet again my friend walked down to the lobby to ask (because they don't answer when you call from your room until ring number 859) she was told sure you have until noon meanwhile she heard the lady telling me no, no late check outs... read more
