This place is horrible. Dirty room dirty pool & run down
This is a horrible place to stay! A/C doesn’t work, door locks don’t work properly, toilets overflow, everything is dirty and old! Do not waste your money!!!
We checked in Friday night for an 80s in the park event... The out side and activities and restaraunts were awsome along with beach access.. We didnt spend alot of time in our ropm due to enjoying the festivities the beach and the pool.. The one time I relax and hung in the room for alittle bit I noticed in the shower there was mold...the bathroom baseboards full of dirt and dust...baseboards in sleeping area piled with dust. ...We also had a phone in our room that was broken and didnt work I took pictures and brought to the... read more
It's 8pm and I have been told I have to listen to the noise booming in the parking lot for 2 more hours. "They have a city permit" this hotel has an 80's wanna be band jamb going on in their parking lot. Not only couldn't we find parking for a hotel room we paid full price for, we can't sleep or even relax. We kind of laughed about the shower going from hot to cold without warning but, now having to listen for 7 hours of thumping instead of relaxing, it's not at all funny. This is on a Sunday night.
Rooms were outdated, over priced and dirty. I took a shower and walked to the bed and my feet were black on the bottom. It was really disgusting. Also the front desk staff was rude.
