Looks great from the road, looks like a beautiful place. Once you leave the lobby you’ll be shocked. It’s really too bad because it’s on the beach, but obviously they don’t want to spend $$ to keep it up to date, it’s run down. Our phone doesn’t work. And the lamp doesn’t either. We reported it yesterday as soon as we checked in, they promised to fix it. We told them again this morning. Again in the afternoon, no one has come to fix it. Nothing worked, noisy air conditioner, phone didn’t work, was over the top expensive and old and not clean! I will never go back and so many people said the same thing! Awful!!!
It was a little on the worn out and old side but it was pretty clean for the most part. The pool was nice.
Excellent stay all month.. huge pool.. kid pool huge.. pet friendly and dog park next door excellent access to the beach and view 4 different styles of rooms to all the naysayers below my post didn't belong here anyway...
Talk about the Ultimate bate and switch. They charged us $25 dollars per person for the New Years Party and they abruptly ended it at 11 pm. No music, no DJ, no explanation. We spent $75 to attend this party and it ended without warning at 11 pm. What a bunch of liars who were not truthful in advertising. I recommend NEVER staying at a hotel where management has no integrity. Stay somewhere else besides here until management stops the lying.
We loved our stay at the resort. The workers were all very nice and accommodating. It was quiet at night, we ate at the restaurant and had drinks. The sunsets are FANTASTIC!! Food was ok and my margarita was wonderful! We had such a good time that we are going back in a day and we just got home a few days ago. We had to rush home to get the dog out of the kennel.
Old out dated rooms, main door barely closes. staff was very friendly, but wayyy over charged. take your 150.00 else where this place is only worth 65.00 a nite for a king room. had shower water spray straight aim to ceiling above toilet, & had no microwave, as when I booked it had. ad online misleading. won't stay here again.
The rooms are run down and nasty.
