RecommendedSpacious and comfortable room. Pool and area well maintained. Recommended for individuals couples and families.
Very dirty rooms, full of roaches. Static in TV.. no plugs in room worked. Sink would not drain unless you held the stopper up. Pure disgusting. If I could rate the a -100 I would. Also VERY RUDE front desk staff and management. Will never return nor reccomend anyone to ever stay at this DUMP. VERY DISSATISFIED!

I can sum our experience up in just a few phrases. Abysmal customer service, incompetent and dishonest desk agents, non-secure rooms, and crackheads. We booked a room here through American Express. Thank God for that. How maintain their status as a “preferred property” with AMEX is anyone’s guess. This place is an absolute joke. When we arrived, we requested to upgrade the room. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Dirty rooms, no towels or washcloths, staff was So Rude, called the manager and she didn't seem concerned at all. but did say she would pass the information on about her Rude staff. Absolutely amazed NEVER AGAIN
Probably the most dirtiest, noisiest DUMPS we have ever stayed in!! Checked out at 4AM! Next to a room w/ 20 loud-mouth drunks!! Most horrible experience!! DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP!!

I’ve stayed there probably 10 times it’s been great every time I have a wonderful pool for the kids and a great restaurant right on the beach
