I plan on visiting here again. I see all these posts about run away this place is bad and my children call it the murder motel. May I suggest to these people to go take your snooty butts to a time share. There will be rich hoity toity food to your liking...there will be less traffic so your boring behinds can turn your nose down on other people. We were here in March 2016 on a very unplanned unexpected trip..... Lets just say we fell in love with the resort!!! If you are looking for a 5 star resort with a bunch of stuck up people that are competing again who has the nicest car or looks better in their swimsuit then this is not your place. Today, 10/02/16. Celebrating my birthday here is worth it! We live an hour away, but we decided to stay here couple nights. Kids Pool is excellent , will take pictures later on.
Got the family room first. Carpet extremely dirty and had wet spot near ac unit. Paint on wall bubbled because of leaking roof. Upgraded to villa. Somewhat better but not much. Leaking ac unit with nasty air filter, dirty ceiling fans, broken lamp, bathroom fan broke, rusty fixtures. Access to balcony was blocked by couch. Just not worth the spent.
Welcomed by the staff late in the evening they were most helpful we had problems with the lock on our cases and one of the staff came to our room and cut the lock for us everyone has been helpful and welcoming. Room was clean with a fridge and a microwave
Well there will aways be pros n Cons. Spent a few days with my Wife, Twin 2 year old girls, 4 year old son and my mother in law from Russia. Kids didn't complain and my wife enjoyed our time together. Most important to us is spending time as a Family. We enjoyed the pool and beach very much so. The pool was very clean and the property was kept up. The resort staff were always nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and convenient. Thanks!
We had a loft and it was nice and spacious. Phone did not work to call the front desk. The light bulb in the lamp was broken, so they just unplugged the lamp. Close to the beach, many things for the kids to do. The breakfast spot had good food and good service. The pool is big and children's pool was great. The ice machine was out of ice, but there are several on site. I will return again
We have been blessed with a great crew this weekend! We couldn't have asked them to be any more professional, courteous, or kind to us, esp upon arrival at 4:30 a.m. Friday only to learn a third party affiliation made a mistake and wouldn't correct it, but hung up on us. Int'l Palms Resort will definitely receive recommendations from us and we'll be back should the need arise again. Thx!
