It was old. The rooms were dirty. The front door didn't work. The toilet ran constantly, no wash cloths, the tub was disgusting. Never never again. Forget about finding a place to park
Staying her now because everything else is booked or way out of budget. Paid 700 bucks for 3 nights. The pics looked great but very disappointed. Rooms are very old. Parts of cabinet missing. Stains on bedding, toilet won't flush and air conditioning not working well. Only one employee seemed to care after going to front desk 3 times. Those are just of few of the issues. Never again would we stay here or recommend
We have stayed at this hotel for many years. Not the greatest hotel, not the cleanest, not five star but the fact that it was right on the beach was the selling point. This year, however, when we showed up to check in,we were told the room was not ready come back in an hour. Six tries and six hours later when we still didn't have a room ready the manager didn't even have the decency to come out and explain herself she forced a staff member to deal with me. The layout of the resort is very nice and convinient for families. The beach is so beautiful, the staff we encountered was proffessional and informative. We even recieved a phone call from front desk to ask if we needed anything and to ask if we were enjoying our stay. The resort rooms are due for a big makeover and remodel, but hear many of them have already been remodeled and the resort is in the process of being completely revamed. Who heats their pool in July??Air condition wouldn't cool the room , it was a hot sweaty mess and not the good kind , won't stay there ever again
I have stayed numerous times for vacations and rocket launches. It is a older resort but very clean and numerous things to do. The staff is very friendly and are eager to help. Yes the parking can be bad on weekends but overall not bad. It is well worth the money you pay.
