Check your room for bugs!! Other than that it was fine.
Check-in went smoothly but so much about this hotel is not kosher. The pool area was crowded with no place to sit. Full of drunk parents and screaming kids. The kiddie pool was broken. The pool was dirty too. No movie access although they advertise that as one of the amenities. At night teens were letting off fireworks scaring and keeping people awake. Seems like the place attracts incredibly large families who let their kids run the place. Won't be back.
Was very disappointing, the room in the pics does not exist, no ocean front was suppose toi be on 2 fl. Short on towels, just not worth the money, sorry I would by pass this one
The air didn't work .service. Is horrible .don't book in cocoa beach .waste of money .no maintenance to fix air Terrible place .please everyone don't stay there .
Rooms need update! Other than that, everything else was perfect!
The rooms are to small and not cleaned good at all.
My Family and me have stayed here more then a dozen times, we always always stay in the lofts and they are amazing for a big Family! This place has so many amenities and the service is amazing! We have only had 1 issue ever at this resort and they solved it immediately with great customer service. They care about their guest and there is so much for the kids to do. It was okay. Bathroom was horrible and one of the beds in our room was broken. The beach access was perfect. Loved the pool, bar by the pool, and the breakfast bar. Other than that the pictures on your website has to be from when you first opened because our room didn't look like any of those. Oh and parking is horrible. I know you have to bring in plenty of money to update the rooms because you have weddings and the bars. Hope you guys update the rooms especially bathrooms.
The rooms are not that great. Floors were dirty and towels still on floor behind nightstand, beds were uncomfortable. Phone didn't work and there are no elevators. Beach access is awesome, walking distance. We were on the second floor and had an amazing view of the ocean. Mambos restaurant was great, live band and good food. Pets allowed, which is good. Pirate ship was down for maintenance.
