Came to celebrate husbands birthday with a 4 day/3 night stay with International Palms Resort I must say, to us well worth the money! Staff super friendly and accommodating Nice cozy clean hotel room with perfect 3 min walk across parking lot to a. Beautiful beach! Rooms were not well maintained the electronics locks only worked half the time. The shower was always cold and out of date. The food was way over priced. The check in process was horrible we stayed here a while back and it was nice but this trip was a real let down we won't be staying here again
The place was soooo run down nothing like what the web site shows. The pools are nice but for the money I paid I expected to have a nice room there was a pice of the door missing and the Toilet would not flush u had to stand there and hold it down and a dog park was right across from room so early morning I would hear barking dogs which is not what I want to wake up to on vacation
Yes the rooms are dated, ok with us as we spent all day enjoying the beach , pool, beautiful ocean walks and the Tiki Bar!
Terrible disgusting dirty I wouldn't ever recommend this place even to my worst enemy good luck brevard county running a business this way!!
*Had to come back and update. I emailed after we left. He offered a certificate for another time... we wouldn't even come back for free... PEOPLE READ ALL THE REVIEWS. The pics and posts on here are leave out the HORRIBLE rooms. Its a $30 room for $220. Rooms were in poor condition. Dirty just needed updating and repairs badly! There was sand in our beds and we didn't even go to the beach the first night. The mirror in the bathroom is horrible and you can't see in it over the sink. Rooms are very small. Wires from some sort of speakers were hanging in a wad in the bottom bunk. When you turn off the bathroom light there is a loud buzzing noise in the kids bunk area. No water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is not worth the money. Maybe if it was 100.00 cheaper a night it would be but it is definitely not worth 200.00... read more
Great service, the staff was impeccable. The pools and hot tub fantastic. Many things to do all day and great shopping in the area. I really enjoyed that we had our own entrance directly to outside and didn't have to trudge through long hallways to access our room. Mambos has great food and drinks. The beach is right there. Sure the rooms are not new but they are very clean. I loved staying there and will again. Looking forward to next time.
Our room is well maintained and the issues we did have maintenance came out immediately and dealt with. The cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning behind dressers and floorboards but I am not so anal I can't deal with a little dust (and our son is allergic to dust and hasn't coughed at all).
