Not bad for the Groupon price I paid. 2 day getaway with my son and enjoyed it. I do not see it as a 5 star in anyway. It was a good stay for the money though. Rooms and grounds are worn and dated, but functional. Kids splash area has cuts and torn slides and is sun and water worn. I love this place! We went to Disney for Christmas and then decided to spend a couple days at Cocoa Beach. The town was booked up. International Palms gave us 2 nice rooms. Our door lock was broken on the king room. Maintenance had it fixed less than 10 minutes later. We travelled with a lot of people. It was my Husband and I plus our 7 & 14 year old Boys plus my Mom and my Hubby's Mom. To say the least, everyone wanted something different. I have been here before this time personally making the reservation. Loved it the first night front desk was so friendly i booked a second night last minute. Our rooms were available and clean. The staff again very friendly after i locked myself out my room and car. Drinks during happy hour were great. Food i didnt get to try. The atmosphere was awesome nice quiet and calm. Loved all amneties. Get out onto the strip and enjoy from rentals to food and more. Coming back soon with more family members as well.
If I could put zero stars I would. Cocoa beach was supposed to be the end of a fun family vacation, international palms made it a disaster. The hotel was dirty, run down, a total party spot. The room was filthy and the staff wasn't surprised when we demanded our money back. I wouldn't stay there if you paid me!
I don't know what part of the hotel these people were staying in order to rate it 5 stars but unfortunately I didn't get to stay in those rooms. I wish I was allowed to post the pictures I took (I will on trip advisor) to show you the condition of this "resort" that I stayed in on 29 Nov 2015. To add insult to injury, I tried to speak with management about my experience but they were out if the office at the time. This was an awesome resort!! Clean rooms and courteous staff. I highly recommend to all!!! Can't wait for a revisit!!
