So far our room was clean, perfect space, we have 4 kids. Everything was working good. Not sure about the other rooms but we rented a Villa and it's really nice. When we got here house keeping was cleaning the room next to us and it was disgusting, can tell those people were trashy. I see now the reason for the bad reviews. Just take a look around! Pool was really crowded...

I just spent 4 days and this place and is in need of owner that take care of this place, first the room is outdated, I think that the last upgrade was in 90's....tv, A/C, bathroom, refrigerator the entrance door frame was full of mold. The outside is not to bad ,there's a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a water park and a pool....about the pool I'm a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and that pool was baaaaaaaad, was full of sand, algae (black spot in the pool's wall) , that water doesn't have the right levels of chl... read more

Rooms were quaint staff very accommodating only one thing was wrong bathroom was very small including commode way too low to the ground

I took the kids and myself despite all the negative reviews.We had a fantastic experience.The staff was very curious and helpful.Our room was good and clean.And a/c worked fantastic.This is an older hotel but still I would recommend to my friends and family.Thank you.

I would not recommend anyone stay at International Palms Resort !!! My family and I were so upset with the Nast rooms, filthy nasty rooms!! We checked out and found another hotel that was livable for our vacation. We witnessed TWO different fights one at the bar/ restaurant and one in the parking lot by drunk guys. I will NEVER stay or recommend anyone staying at this "resort".

The loft rooms are very spacious and clean. Great location, near the fire pits and restaurant with live music!

Their rooms are absolutely disgusting! The first room we were given the floor was soak in wet and the bathtub was covered in mold. Not only that but the walls had mold going up it and it looked like a dog had ripped the carpet up in one corner of the room. The second room was not much better it smelled of mold and the room it self was gross. We had to stay because they would not give us a full refund and we knew we would only be there to sleep not hang out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! We loved the lofts, the beach, & the people! The rooms need a lot of work, but were rarely there. The housekeeping staff were great...very helpful and did their jobs thoroughly. We would definitely recommend this resort!
