Great staff awesome pool and beach rooms need improvement the hotel is fantastic to take the family for a peaceful vacation.
Never get the bungalow its hot af but other than that the place was nice
We were just there last weekend and HAD A BLAST! The room was VERY Clean- decorated nicely & the Staff all around was just beyond friendly. Great location - Great Pricing. When we called for extra coffee and towels they were there in 5mins and because of the rain I called to see if the pool was open and the front desk answered right away and always had an answer. Will definitely be going again! Thank you so much for the Great time.
My husband and I have been VERY pleased with our stay here. Yes, it needs a little updating. There are parts of the room that are worn or rusty or just plain old, but it's clean and really functional (stayed in a family room - perfect for traveling with 3 kids!) and the property amenities are lovely. The beach is fantastic, the pools are great (water in kiddie pool with the slides was a little murky...) and the restaurants are all yummy. This Is one of my favorite places to go to. It's a great place to take your family! I'm coming back for a second time in the past year and plan on coming back many more, every year! Lots of fun! I love the Pirate Water ship! I also love how they stay open all night, way into the morning and have spot lights at night so you're able to see while having a blast! Simply an awesome place to go and have fun with your family!

The room smelled like mildew and under the bunk bed in the family suite were underwear, food etc. We told the manger about it and sent him pictures. He was very nice and gave us free breakfast. Im not sure they ever cleaned under those bunk beds!
Had a wonderful time here..can't wait to plan next year's vacation....
