I've been here for about 10 hrs now and this is one of the worst trips I've ever had here out of 5 years! Doors jamming, phones not working, no microwave in a standard room and only some have a fridge! Your "upgrades" to your hotel are horrible and I'm ashamed I spoke so highly and brought my friends and family. Btw.. this was June 26-28 of 2015

A bit run down but great stay.
I was extremely disappointed in our stay here. I have been wanting to take the kids here for years, finally went ahead and did it, won't return. We apparently had a room that had not been remodeled yet, drains wouldn't drain, it general it was a dump. We didn't have time to mention to the staff about the drains because the fire alarms would keep going off. When we went to check out and mentioned it to her, her response was well you should have mentioned something and here's my card, next time you book let me know, we can TRY... read more
We've stayed here pre cruise 4 times now. We all love the pool & beach access. Always very friendly staff. We Love . it here.

awesome.. missing every bit of a wonderful stay.. especially d wonderful breakfast buffet at captain's grill
Coming back in nov. for a few days, just keep sending the great offers, we'll be there for a good time!
some of the employees were great but they need to weed out the managers who only mask the problem not fix it..not great place to work.
