Had a super time with the hubby and kiddos. The staff was friendly and accomodating and we loved that the property is on the beach. We'll definitely be returning!!!

Very nice Cocoa Beach Motel
Our fave spot to stay when vacationing in Cocoa Beach...miss it and those tasty beer boiled shrimp from Mambos.
The service at the restaurants were wonderful, and the staff was amazing, but the rooms are in desperate need of repair. Our first room had soaking wet carpet!!! It was a leak from the bathroom, so we were moved to another room quickly. The second room stunk and the TV didnt work, but we were too tired to complain. If you arent looking for a clean room, and just want to use the pool and the beach, then its a pretty good one night getaway.
We found out the hard way that their pool side cabana rooms also include the second floor rooms with a view to the pool, NOT a cabana. Their on line reservations should inform you that you could be getting a second floor balcony room. For the price we paid for this room we were expecting a pool side cabana.NOT A SECOND FLOOR BALCONY. Will never stay on this property again.
We spent 1 night before our cruise and boy we are glad it was 1 night. The room needs to be updated and the carpet needs to be cleaned. The service at the restaurant that had the breakfast buffet and the outdoor restaurant & bar was terrible. The hostess that were sitting people didn't know what they were doing. The outdoor restaurant ran out of certain items on the menu. Not a good experience. They need Hotel Impossiable.
