Wonderful place for the family. We all had a blast. Great housekeeping too. We were there for a week and they took good care of us.
Trying to figure out what to do here in cocoa beach
This place is a dump!! Nothing was like advertised. Even their pic on their page is a fake.
I have to express my disappointment with the Resort. I've stayed here before and never got this treatment. First, we check in and go to leave the room and the housekeepers are standing outside complaining about a dirty room. Then, this morning (a Monday) I ask for a little later of a check out instead of 11 am, like maybe 1130 or 12, and was told no. Interesting, housekeepers are too busy complaining about doing their job and don't even get to this building to clean until well after lunch time. Very disappointing.
Amazing place - we really enjoyed our time there. I can't say enough great things - customer service is outstanding, the room was nice & clean, the grounds are well maintained and landscaped, the food is awesome, and the view is spectacular. All around great experience. We'll definitely be coming back!!
We had to ask twice for a working room key. They still didn't work. The rooms are in serious need of updating.
This is the worst experience I've ever had. I booked this hotel online after reading reviews. The staff is RUDE and the front desk Manager, Dustin is awful. We arrived and were checked into a dirty room. When asked to move rooms we were told that they had none. When asked to be refunded so we could leave we were told this wasn't possible. This has just been awful, no one is willing to help us at all. Also, when I say dirty room, I mean trash on the floor and a messy bed. It clearly was not cleaned.
I loved it here so did my family. love the fact that the pool and hot tub was right out my door and it was so close to everything. Breakfest was great that was right there right out the door as well and a good price for it as well.The only thing I did not like was no refrigerator was not in my room or a microwave. I so would tell others to say here. Great size rooms bed where cozy. The ocean was right there not far at all just a little walk out the door. Thanks for giving my family a nice Vacation in 2014.
This place is unprofessional, unsafe and has undesirable conditions which we experienced while staying at your hotel on Jan 17-19. First of all, that Saturday morning I called their reservations desk to advise we would be checking in late. They advised me that if I did not check in early, I would risk my room being released, despite having prepaid the entire reservation online in full on Orbitz (minus the resort fee of less than $30).
