I think it's a great place to stay especially have kids lots of things for them to do the pool the slide the alligators in the lobby bicycle riding if they want to. Great place we had a very nice room next to the ocean and room service was wonderful the food was great we really enjoyed ourselves and we will be going back.
Stayed for 4 days, loved every minute of it! Mambos is a highlight. Excellent food and OUTSTANDING live music!! Definitely staying again.
Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the room was disgusting. The whole complex needs cleaning and updating. We called to complain about the noise at 11:30 at night nothing was done. I do not recommend this place at all!!!
Have stayed here twice. Location is great, and with all the "amenities", you would think it'd be a great "resort"... But no. The rooms are ridiculously outdated. Old TVs, beat up furniture, nasty carpet, horrible air/heating units that leak and rattle, bathrooms are old enough that, even when they're freshly cleaned, they still look dirty. One of the worst..definitely does not live up to its pictures and advertisements. Please do not waste your time booking a stay here. You'll be happy you didn't. Very outdated and unclean.
Only ok....spent hard earned money just to stay one night and pool was gross, hotel needs mahor updating and painting. Bathroom door not even on bottom hinge....food was good, as was the atmosphere.....liked the smore package and sitting by the fire.
We were so uncomfortable, just miserable. The bed was very old, it was firm and u could feel every spring! This put a major damper on Our vaca. Their solution was blow up mattresses or switch to a similar room with an equally terrible bed that was smaller. They did provide mattress pads but they were flat. They offered a $20 discount. Told them I could have paid $30 a night to camp and sleep on air mattress. This place is nothing like what is advertised online. The rooms are outdated, pool is never clean, the tubs get clogged, the hotel restaurant had terrible service and the room down the hall from us was full of cops and crime scene tape due to a murder suicide. I paid $200 per night for a room that was worth $60 per night. Stay away from this place especially if you have children!!!!
