The location on the beach is wonderful.The staff working here are great. Loved the pool and atmosphere. Perfect for families. Just don't expect much with rooms. They are old. Needs an update. Stayed before a cruise.
GREAT location, right on the beach, dolphins swimming by in the ocean. pool was real nice, huge hot tub, cute for pits. plenty for kids to do. Rooms could use some updating, especially the shower, but for the price I'm not complaining.. Saved $150.00 night staying here! Can't wait to come back.

This place is a dump! Had to stay here because the Marriott screwed me and my family over by giving our room away! Only room left in this whole town. Avoid it if you can
Worst room service ever. Will throw away the food you have for dinner. I've been to 49 states & all the provinces of Canada. This hotel right here is the worst at paying attention. How do you throw away a full pizza after throwing my clothes on the floor? I stayed here as a group for 10 nights in the lofts. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT staff needs to donate their paycheck to charity. The condition of the rooms is dated and dirty. I wish I could post pictures on here because I took plenty. Looks like nothing has been updated since the 1970's. Holes in the ceramic tile in the bathroom. The carpet is worn through in some spots. Rust stains and writing on the walls. The family fun suite looked so nice in the pictures, in reality, not so much. Our front door was broken and difficult to open, as well as the bathroom door. The first room we got had a broken heater and fridge. We went to the office and notified them of the issue and got upgraded to a better room with all functioning appliances with no hassle. I'd definitely come back here to stay again!!
The amenities for children would be nice however however everything in the resort is old beat dirty no cleaning takes place in this disorder the bottom of the swimming pool is filthy the bottom of our tub is filthy our room is filthy the mirrors are filthy everything is filthy I'll be lucky if I don't come away with a disease but I have to leave my car here for a week And we were exhausted after driving in from South Carolina also the restaurant food that you learned that they can change the grease instead of using last year... read more
2.5 stars, but i guess you round up. If you plan to stay here just to sleep, shower, etc, it is fine, but not a good hotel. It needs a good pressure washing all over the place and based on our room some repairs are needed. Our shower works fine, but if you wanted to take a bath, which I wouldn't because of the shoddy tub repair, you can't because the plug is stuck.
