when reservation was made, I booked ocean view room instead was given a room with trees blocking ocean view . the only ocean view was peek to the left and peek to the right WHAT? Spoke with front desk person name Kathy? the only resolution she claim was to move to the third floor in a suite costing more money. Very upsetting this was not what I sign up for. Also room was so out dated, towels are rough, soaps etc. was not a vanity for what I was charged for the room!!! Refrigerator was not clean and never defrosted!!! Phones ... read more
We had a great time, great food and entertainment! It was nice because we didn"t have to walk very far to the beach, food & entertainment.
Hotel is layed out oddly. Like a maze. Pools awesome and kiddie pool area. Everything u need here. Rooms clean. We r in the lofts building. Game room, sauna, excercise room, beach side bar, 2 restaurants on premises. Great deal!
Rude staff!! 4 associates standing around at check in and not a single person said hi or offered to help!! The rooms look nothing like the pictures!

Do not believe the picture on the web site the room DO NOT look like that. This was the worst place I have ever been the picture on the web site are not anything like what the rooms look like and for 100.00 a night. The chair in the room was so dirty it look to be 30 years old and from a dump yard I took picture and will post on web site if allowed. I will never come to this place again.if you have children stay away from this one.drunks outside all hours of the night. And security does nothing The rooms are old and outdated Rust on the sinks and tubs.floors are filthy. Had to throw away our socks Air conditioning nor working right. The only good thing about this place is location.but there are many other hotels near by that are actually clean and cheaper Actually paid for two rooms for two nights , and could not stay the second night.
