Despite some of the horrible reviews we very much enjoyed our stay all week long! The rooms were a little outdated and need repainted but was still clean and nice . All the staff was very friendly everyone greeted you and even the cleaning staff was great. We stayed in one of the family rooms and at first I thought it would be way to small for all 6 of us but actually it was perfect size. The kids room had their own TV which occupied them for hours . We celebrated our grandsons birthday here it was the best time with all amenities to our loft room, staff was very nice and helpful. The kiddie pool was a blast for the kids. Definitely will be coming back!
Love this place ...there are 5 restaurants here right on the beach ..so many things to do , didn't have to leave the property. ..

Rented 3 RMS at check in had to have attendant help get on one room. Tv in 2 rooms didn't work 1-1/2 hrs later got one fixed the other never was Phone in one rm never worked and was told check out was 12 and locked us out at 11. AND MOST of all was told when we made reservations it wsd 1st fl beach front 1/4mile to water and 2nd fl rm
Kiddie pool was under construction (which sucked) being as that was one of the main reasons we booked rooms at this hotel. However, the atmosphere was amazing, and i feel, TOTALLY made up for it. The little restaurant, bar, beachfront, pool, hot tub, everything was right there at fingertips & literally just a walk away. Made you feel like you owned the place...beach & all! The keys didn't work and the doors look like they been kick in. So I won't be coming back anymore
The front desk were wonderful! But not even their great service can suffice for the condition of the buildings/room! Major renovations are needed BAD!
