Location: BWW GO ************************************************************. Very rude staff. **************** is always the worst. Why is is location even open after so many complaints? They keep you on hold forget them hang up or dont pick up the phone at all.

Location: ****** ******** Issue: Take out order retaliation Description: Today 3/9/23 I saw an AD on ******** with the **** Boneless Wings. I decided it had been a long time since I went, and remembered instantly why I haven't been there in over 3 years. I ordered 6 wings which got me 12 with the ****. My hands were full so I did not check my food. I got home and my sauce for one have equated to a teaspoon of sauce in the box and not on any of the bites of chicken. Poor customer service, mind you this company just came back up almost going out of business and closing many, many of your restaurants in the past. I visited the ********** location today at 02/18/2023 11:10am and the person who sits the customers ******* had a very bad attitude. I complained i didnt order this and please correct it, she then began to raise her voice at me and when i asked to speak with a general manager some young woman by the name of ***** came over like she was unbothered. Honestly this restaurant is a complete mess everytime o have come here its been an issues and this one was the last straw. They are always bringing out dry cold food, their floors are constantly dirty, they prioritize online orders from doordash and Uber more then their in house and mobile online customers. And they take an unreasonable amount of time to fill orders. This last time they had me waiting for a total of 4 hours for food and stated that it would be more than 2 buisness weeks until my refund would be processed. Af... read more

Omg the **************** **************** location on point.. the best location for food and service. Ive NEVER HAD good food from BWW until here. Its always been sub par. I have always gone to have drinks with food on the side no joke their food is actually on point and I was surprised and impressed. Well done!

The BWW's located in the chapel ***** center in *************** ******* provides extremely slow service especially regarding their take out orders. PLEASE allow two hours for your food to be ready. We have tried them three times and always extremely slow. Place your order well before you are hungry!

***, **********, ** is the location my Husband and I have eaten at for years! Recently theyve had many staff changes. Currently, there is a manager named ****. She is running a hostile, laid back, unwelcoming environment. They charged me **** tip plus carry out fee! I ordered online and picked up my order. Which wasnt ready at time disclosed. I waited an additional ***** minutes and order was incorrect; I paid for flats but received mixed. Requested my refund on 10/1/22, I was told it was going to corporate as of 11/15/22 no refund. This is unacceptable and Im losing my patience and belief that customer service is lacking training or dont appreciate the support a customer provides. Poor customer services can make or break a company. Thanks

Called in to BWW for take out. ************ said she hit the wrong key and my 15 free wings disappeared. Joining the rewards program, I hoped to enjoy a plate of free wings. Instead I get a BWW employee telling me that she was sorry that she hit the wrong key and I could no longer receive my free wings. She proceeded with the order and put my 15 wings on my bill for 24 dollars.
