Twice I went to Buffalo ********* in ********** ** to order wings and onion rings and this second time around I was denied onion rings with an attitude and rolled eyes because I was told they were saving the onion rings for the dine in customers due to fight night. One of the workers said that it wasnt a big event. I was ordering take out but I considered myself a customer non the less, I was spending money but still no onion rings. We went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in *********, **. From the moment we stepped in the carpet smelled like mildew. Our waitress was prompt and nice but we were disappointed when we were brought plastic forks and spoons. When did BWW get so cheap with their utensils? After we ate my husband went to the bathroom to wash his hands and we were disappointed to find that the bathroom had no soap and no paper towels. On Super Bowl Sunday 2022, Someone used my phone number to order ****** of my rewards points worth of food. I contacted Corporate HQ twice asking for my points back, and never received a response.Later, on two separate occasions, I contacted two of the local managers who submitted copies of those transactions to Corporate HQ, and I've still yet to hear from anyone in regard to my situation.I've been more than patient for 2 months. The food was good dont get me wrong but I went into the bathrooms and they were discussing the toilet seats had s*** all over them the counter was so dirty and there was dust everywhere toilet paper on the floor the garbage can was over flowing with paper towels!!! I wanted to throw up thats how filthy it was

On 12/24/2021 the *** location at *********************************************************************** served my husband wings and one had a staple in it. The only thing they offered to do was to take that specific order of wings off of our ****. No manager has ever contacted us regarding this issue. I have pictures to prove it AND my husband almost bit right into the staple!! He could have been seriously hurt regarding this.

I called for a take out order , simple order 10 boneless wings fries drink & side slaw. Basketball Games starts at 2:00 pm. Stressed urgency factor. Ordered 1:25pm. Server said order should be 30 minutes. I said I have my dog in car. So order will be ready then. She replys Yes. You guess it not ready not ready at 2:15. Meanwhile server ignores me. . Ive emailed corporate about a Terrible experience with missing food items. They have yet to do respond to correct this issue. This was my original complaint. However about 2-3 hours after consuming the food, I became physically ill. It felt like food poisoning and left me absolutely ill for days. This was the ********* location in ********** ****. After being in the car for over 8 hours we decided to get Buffalo wild wings as it's one of our favorite places. We stopped in ******* *********. We ordered online for asap it was about 9:17pm and it wouldn't be ready until 10:10pm which was fine with us no big deal. We just watched the tracker that tells you when your food is ready. At about 9:50pm my fiance left to get our order. It's not even a half mile away from our hotel. And we are on the 3rd floor my fiance got back before 10pm. I called in a order for 20 wings with fries as it said on the menu that i pulled up AFTER I googled buffalo wild wing "menu"...I picked up the food, assuming my order was correct, I went home to eat. Once home I discovered no FRIES. I immediately called to tell them they forgot my fries! I thought it would be no problem, I will just go get the fries.
