I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in ********* ** on 2/3. I placed an order online as I always do. When I picked my order up I was missing two orders of french fries. I called the restaurant to inform them of this. I spoke to a manager named ***, who apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or come back to get them. Me my husband and my 10 month baby dined in and server refused to give us a dine in table told us we had to use the bar and we mentioned we needed a high chair and said that the tables where to high. She said there was nothing she can do about it if we wanted to sit at the bar if not there was no other option for us to dine in . I want a refund! Every time before a ********** weekend game I'm unable to place an order from Buffalo Wild Wings located at ********************************************** {*************} cause they say "their computers are down". [Deceptive Business Practices] trying to hold their supply for a Sunday game and charge more. Happens every time... Doordash indicates unable to deliver and direct website in shaded out for options. My Family and I were in to eat a late lunch on 01/23/22 and watch football. We got the grand kids some food to eat while we were there and then we got some food to go. It is now January 5th of 2022 and I have been waiting on a refund from an order that I canceled since October 14th of 2021. I have called the corporate office or headquarters a dozen times with no resolution and my $70 is still in limbo. No resolution no help from this company whatsoever just took my money and ran with it and they think they can stay with it without selling services or any kind of goods. It used to be my favorite place for wings but I will never give them another ***** of my money.
This complaint is regarding the ******** location on *********. I submitted an order via online. I ordered pickup for 6pm, but noticed my receipt (received at 2:56pm) noted 3:20pm. I immediately called the restaurant (2:57pm) and was placed on hold until 3:10pm.
