First time ordering from here ordered over a hour ahead as Id heard its usually busy,Get there at my designated time and they tell me they just started my fries, I didnt even order any fries, so I gave them my name again they went and checked again and told me they havent even started my food yet. This is the 3rd time that my rewards points get stolen from yet another different city than where I live. Every time it happens, I have to waste my time, like now, finding where and who to call because the locations are unable to assist. This is extremely frustrating and it is disappointing that *** has such a poorly managed security system that would protect their customers. READ THE REVIEWS FOR THEIR LOCATIONS BEFORE CHOOSING TO EAT WITH THIS COMPANY. (THIS IS SPECIFIC TO 8000 W BROWARD BLVD, FL) Possibly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received at a Buffalo Wild Wings location throughout my history of dining out with this business. Our party of seven went out for their infamous bone-in Tuesday deal around 8PM, and left extremely discouraged.
